Got the strawberry Dubai chocolate cup and it was AMAZING! Not too sweet but just right! Owner is friendly and makes you feel welcomed walking in.

I recently visited Sip and Snacks and tried the crepe with smoked salmon, mango matcha, and cappuccino. The smoky twist crepe was delicious, with a great balance of flavors😍😍🤤🤤The mango matcha was refreshing, and the cappuccino was hands down the best coffee I've ever had. Highly recommend!

The inside of this Boba Shop is breathtaking by the amount of sweets n treats it has to offer! We got the waffles with fruit & oreos crepes, caramel frappe, & strawberry banana boba. I liked that my caramel frappe wasn't too sweet & it had a light flavor of coffee between sips of the caramel. My cousin liked her boba, but she wished it could be colder as it was a little warm, but she still enjoyed it!
The waffles and crepes were extremely remarkable to eat. Just by looking at them, it was art and explained the price. It was totally worth the wait because it was warm and delicious! The waffles one was our favorite one. The oreo crepes was good as well!
Overall, this place is a must visit to get your sweet cravings on! They don't just have waffles, crepes, boba, and frappes. They also offer cake slices, sweet pastries, Gelato, & gummy candy.
